CGMP manufacturing
JFC is a manufacturer of bulk API products in our FDA-inspected cGMP facilities in Bound Brook, New Jersey. JFC handles cGMP manufacturing in scales from grams to multi tons. JFC can bring a product from lab quantities and scale up to our pilot plant all the way up to 2,000 Gallons. Polymer Chemistry
JFC is very strong in Polymer chemistry, whether it is for synthesis of the monomer building blocks or polymeric resins. JFC is a producer of high-performance polymer resins for high temperature applications as well as the monomer building blocks for the polymer products

Lyophilization
JFC has been freeze-drying nutritional supplements, cosmetic ingredients and pharmaceuticals in bulk, slab form for several years. Lyophilization is a powerful technology for drying products that are sensitive to the rigorous conditions of traditional drying methods. JFC utilizes a Virtis, Ultra 35 freeze dryer for lyophilization, from grams to hundreds of kilograms. For very large drying needs, JFC has partnered with Oregon Freeze Dry for both cGMP and non-cGMP drying.

Global Reach
JFC has developed strategic relationships with customers and suppliers around the world. We leverage our relationships to deliver a quality product to our customers at a reasonable price.

JFC has broken ground on the construction of our own manufacturing facility in Ningbo, China. This facility will be a wholly-owned foreign entity of JFC and will be compliant with all USFDA cGMP regulations for the production of bulk Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients and Pharmaceutical Intermediates. The anticipated completion date of this facility is June of 2005. JFC also employs staff in China for research and development and sourcing and exporting of raw materials from China.

JFC also utilizes the assets of our sister company in Hyderabad, India for custom synthesis and manufacturing of raw materials and for sourcing of materials from India. We also employ chemists in Bombay for research and development.

Technology Development
JFC employs a research staff of PhD chemists for the development of synthesis routes and process optimization at our Bound Brook, NJ facility. Our staff has developed complex synthesis routes for new molecules and reduced processing time through better synthesis routes for existing products.
