Comments from James G. Schleck Press Conference

Good morning, my name is Jamie Schleck and I am the President and CEO of JFC Technologies. JFC is a researcher, developer and manufacturer of pharmaceuticals, personal care products, and applied materials. Earlier this month, we announced that we had broken ground on our state-of-the-art pharmaceutical facility in NingBo, China. This will actually be the third facility in China that we have designed, built and are operating. The first two facilities support our chemilumenscent chemicals businesss and our partner company Omniglow Corporation. That project has been an overwhelming success. It took less than 18 months to take the project from concept to actuality. We expect that we will be commissioning our new pharmaceutical facility by the second quarter of 2005.

The new facility is being designed to be compliance with ICH's Q7A guidelines. This will complement our cGMP facilities in the United States and will broaden the range of support we can give to our customer base. As we know, the US pharmaceutical industry is under continued pressure to reduce its costs. Our China facility will enable our customers to leverage the low cost operation structure of China while maintaining a Western style commitment to cGMP.

Today we are also announcing that JFC has made a strategic equity investment in the China Development Group (www.chinadevelopmentgroup.net). CDG is a US and China based consultancy focused on developing "China centric" opportunities for Western Companies. China Development Group has played a pivotal role in the success of JFC in China. As a strategic investor, we hope to add value by utilizing our contacts and expertise in the industry to develop further opportunities for CDG.

Finally, we announce that we have plans to invest in a finished dose pharmaceutical manufacturer. This will enable us to align ourselves with down-stream services that are also critical to our customer base. Within two years we anticipate being able to be a "one stop shop" for companies who wish to leverage the opportunities in China.
